Add colour to your mortar and achieve a perfectly uniform shade with this black powder mortar tone. Use it to paint all kinds of mortar, grout, rendering, concrete and pointing. 
This product contains high-quality oxide pigments, so you'll get an excellent permanent shade. When you add the powder to your mix, the pigments disperse easily, giving you the exact tone you're looking for. Simply alter the dosage to produce darker or lighter effects. 
With this 1 kg tin, you'll find there's enough to colour 20 kg of cement at full depth of shade. The powder also includes a plasticiser, making your mortar easier to trowel. This substance will also help to inhibit the build-up of efflorescence – the unsightly salts that can appear on stone and brickwork.
